Cancellation Policy
Please cancel at least 24 hours before appointment if possible. Per SimplySkin LLC policy a 50% cancellation fee for no shows or cancellations within 1 hour of appointment will be charged to the card on file. After a no show or last minute cancellation, you will be required a nonrefundable deposit of $20 to book your next appointment, which applies towards that appointment. This allows everyone to be respectful of time and for others to book when needed. Thank you for understanding!
