Cancellation Policy
Please cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment if possible. SimplySkin LLC policy is a 50% cancellation fee for no shows or cancellations within 1 hour of appointment charged to the card on file. After two no call/no shows to your scheduled appointments, you will be allowed same day booking ONLY. If a same day booked appointment is no showed you will be banned from booking in the future.
